Preliminary assessment: $90.00/hr, $120.00/1.5hrs

After hours assessment: $90.00/hr + $20.00 surcharge

Half-hour follow-up: $40.00

Sound room: $20.00/hr

At-home assessment: $90.00/hr + $30.00 travel fees in-town; additional fees for farther travel.

Tone box: $450.00
